The Vulcan High Command, created by Adkkid, focuses on assisting members in attaining Kolinahr, a Vulcan principle, meaning the state of mind in which all emotions are cleansed. Any member is welcome to join and participate in Kolinahr, assuming he or she passes a preliminary test.
